Ryan Law

Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine

Licensed Acupuncturist

East Asian Medical Practitioner

My name is Ryan Law. I am an acupuncturist and herbalist.

Some people describe their paths as hitting them like a truck. My path to acupuncture was actually being hit by a truck on my bicycle.

After my accident I suffered a ‘minor’ ligament tear in my spine that left me in constant pain. After a run of physical therapy and refusing pain killers I was introduced to acupuncture. In a short course of treatment my pain went away and I was able to get my life back.I knew I wanted to practice this medicine immediately.

I am dedicated to treating patients regardless of their finances or insurance standing. I believe that health care is a human right. Let me help you get back to normal so you can get back to doing the wonderful things you do in the world.

I trained at the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine under Paul Karsten, Dr. Weiqun Miao, Stephen Brown, Dr. Craig Mitchell, Daniel Altschuler, Jason Robertson, and Dr. Alex Alexander. I am proud to say each of these teachers have shaped not only my practice of medicine but also expanded my personal understanding of my own capacity.
